What to do at the end of your agreement
To avoid any additional charges, you need to look after your vehicle during your agreement term and return it in good condition.
At the end of the agreement, you simply hand the vehicle back – ensuring that all documentation detailed below is up to date and submitted when your vehicle is collected. If you have updated contact details where your vehicle can be collected and inspected, please fill out the form below:
Your vehicle inspection
Our agents, British Car Auctions (BCA), will contact you on our behalf before your agreement ends to arrange a convenient time to collect and inspect the vehicle.
On the day of inspection please ensure that:
- The vehicle is clean, inside and out
- You have all the relevant documentation to hand (e.g. tax disc, service book, MOT certificate etc.)
- You return all equipment supplied with the vehicle (e.g. spare key, satellite navigation CD/DVD, warning triangle).
The inspector will record any damage (and cost of repair) and you’ll be asked to sign to confirm your acceptance of the report.

Buying your vehicle
We are unable to sell the vehicle to the agreement holder. If
you know of a third party interested in buying the vehicle, they can
